Are you a remote software developer ready to boost your career?

No matter where you live, you can always aim for something

higher than your current job.

At ITCraftship, we believe that the remote work culture will soon take over the software development market. We want to connect companies with promising talents from all over the world, and help talented software developers, like yourself, get a job that enables growth of skills and abilities. Get rid of unnecessary obstacles connected with on-site work with us. There is only one catch… you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate with confidence and clarity.

Who screens me?

Our experienced software developers, with 15+ years of experience, check how you deal with the code challenge.

Is this a lengthy process?

Not at all. We say no to time consuming recruitment processes that do not bring any reliable results or value. We care about your experience and know how time constrained you are.

Part of our team are software developers so we are aware what questions should be asked and combine our coding experience with recruitment.

What feedback will you provide me?

We check your performance in our coding challenge, compile a list of issues you overcame and issues that still existed.

We designed our code challenge and feedback to offer you some insight into your capabilities not only for awareness but improvement for any future career endeavours.

What does your recruitment process look like?

Check out our For Developers page for more information.

Are these full-time jobs?

Most of our job offers are full-time work. Our clients want their recruitment processes outsourced. They are focused on building permanent remote teams.

Are the job offers suitable for remote software developers?

We post job offers that apply to remote software development positions. We always interview client companies to determine their main software requirements and what candidate would be an ideal match for their development needs.

How much experience do I need to be a remote software developer?

We believe remote positions are suitable for more experienced software developers (mid or senior level). Mostly because we think that juniors gain the knowledge and experience in the most effective way within onsite positions.

We encourage that you apply for a remote software development job when you have at least 2-4 years of experience. It depends on how fast you learn and what self-discipline you have. Remote work at the beginning may slow down the development of skills to some extent.

What happens if a company does not choose me despite going through the screening process?

We keep your details on our database, with your consent. We also prepare an Interactive CV for you with details of your previous experience, your coding challenge results and an intro video where you introduce yourself (not obligatory). You will then be recommended to our clients for future projects.

What can I do if there is no job opening that fits my skills?

You are more than welcome to join us regardless. There is always a chance that you will be matched to one of our other clients. We're constantly acquiring new job offers for remote software developers on our job board. Find out more on our For Developers page.

How do I invoice overseas and international companies?

You will need to be registered as a self-employed sole trader in your country of residence. With this, you will be able to issue an invoice to the company you are working with. Signing up to be a sole trader isn't a complicated process either!

How should I prepare for the interview?

You can come to our office in Warsaw, Poland, and have a face-to-face interview, or we can schedule a video interview. Our recruitment process is based, mainly, on technical screening. It is definitely worth framing your experience along certain aspects that are valuable as a remote worker, and as well the technical aspects are very important. This means preparing a place and the right equipment so that the online recruitment interview can be carried out smoothly.
